7. Sale Deed, Agreement of Sale, Letter of Allotment, Non encumbrance certificate,

8. Land/ Building Tax paid receipt etc. (as applicable and subject to satisfaction report from empanelled lawyer)

9. Copy of approved plan and approval from the Local Body

10. Statement of Bank Account/ Pass Book for last 6 months

40 to 60 times of Net Monthly Income

To enhance loan eligibility you have option to add:

1. Income of your spouse

2. Expected rent accruals

3. Depreciation, subject to some conditions.

4. Regular income from all sources
